FOUR ASPECTS TO THE POSITION

  1. Administrative:
    • Using our church management software, Breeze ChMS, to organize calendar and volunteers, and communicate with volunteers
    • Maintain the ECC website
    • Maintain ECC Facebook page (may add Instagram)
    • Manage emails and phone calls
    • Purchase supplies for the office, for communion, and for the janitors; as well as for various ministries within the church.
  2. Event Planning: Working with the pastors and volunteers to plan and execute events
  3. Artistic:
    • Use Canva to create announcement slides, bulletins, etc 
    • Use Breeze ChMS to design and send out our email newsletter, Trail Guide, twice a month
    • Shoot and edit photos and videos
  4. Announcements:
    • Recording Audio and potentially video
    • Use Filmora to creat recorded A/V announcements and other A/V productions
